The longest month of the year is FINALLY starting to come to a close and I'm so excited for Spring! A COVID winter - especially the third COVID winter - can be really hard to hold up under so I've been trying to combat the winter blues by leaning hard into the things that bring joy and light to the yuckiness of winter.
This week, that is Saturday brunch with my family (are there really any woes that a breakfast burrito can't fix?), a big stack of really solid library books, Animal Crossing for waaaaay too many hours, and long movie marathons with by best friends and our grungiest loungewear.
Looking for the good is almost counter-cultural these days. Which is exactly why is it is so important.
