Hi friends,

I hope your eyes meet this note while you are warm and comfortable.

I’m calling this Sunday Spark, The Journaling Edition. My 5 sparks below are a great mix of articles to encourage you to start this habit sooner than later. I picked them for you, as usual, very carefully to benefit from right now and get you started.

Journaling is so close to my heart that I think just reading about it might not do it justice. That’s why I chose to create a workshop and call it “Your Guide to Journaling” to practically teach you about it this Saturday, the 29th of January at 8 pm Amman Time. I want you to start implementing it, not just wonder about it. I helped many of my friends and podcast listeners adopt a journaling habit, and now it's your turn to experiment with it. It’s going to transform your life and shift your self-awareness to higher levels this year.

I promise you.

I'd love for you to join my workshop taking place This Saturday by subscribing using the pink button below. During our 2 hours together (replay available after), I’ll show you how to start this habit as a beginner and how to upgrade it if you are a seasoned journal writer.  I will also provide you with a PDF with journaling prompts to support you after. I am so excited about this workshop and can't wait to meet you all.

See you on the inside?

Here is your weekly dose of The Sunday Spark ⚡️ a newsletter listing 5 inspiring things I thought were worth starting your week with:
  1. Journaling helps you cope with depression, anxiety, and stress. This article is packed with scientific evidence and guidance to get you started.
  2. From my desk: Have you read my story about Journaling? It's worth re-sharing here and you can also listen to it.
  3. Celebrated Writers on the Creative Benefits of Keeping a Diary. I read one of Anais Nin's diaries because of this article back in the day.
  4. I have not read her books yet, but every time I read her quotes, I feel seen. Read what Najwa Zebian says about journaling in this wonderful interview.
  5. A favorite quote from the interview:
"I remember feeling so relieved after writing in my journal the first time. All of a sudden, when I was expressing myself, there was no one telling me, 'you shouldn’t feel this way' or 'you’re too sensitive.' In retrospect, my journal became my home."
― Najwa Zebian

Adding this again, in case you missed the first email.
