Are you feeling as if you are never really present? Overwhelmed with all the chaos? Stuck in your head and finding it difficult to get out of it? I promise you, you are not alone. Join me on my Deep Dive Into Presence journey for 4 weeks starting March 1st. 

No previous experience needed - as always anyone is welcome. 
During those 4 weeks we will look at our shadows, whatever it is that keeps us from enjoying the present moment, reconnect to our body and its wisdom through daily practices & inviting the breathe to release, reconnect and heal our self. 
After finishing this 4 weeks journey you will feel more grounded in your spacesuit, connected to your intuition ("that belly feeling"), I will give you little tools to regulate your nervous system and come back into the here and now. Becoming present enough to act from a place of love at any given moment, out of the head, into the heart.

By joining this program, you will:
 
1. Receive a pre-recorded meditation to reconnect you to your body & it's wisdom. 
2. A short breath practice to regulate your heart rate. 3. You will have access to one weekly pre-recorded session & both of my weekly offerings (all recordings will be available for a week each) 
3. Journaling prompts and home-explorations 
4. 30 mins personal 1:1 call to check in and see how you are doing. 
5. Opening & Closing circle
 
 
  • Total of 12 breathwork sessions (3 each week, watch recording whenever suits your schedule)
  • 2 audios for you to keep (felt sense meditation & heart coherence breath)
