Though I am a longtime New Yorker, I proudly hail from the great city of Chicago. While the classic NYC slice can be a thing of beauty, I am crazy about Chicago deep-dish-style pizza, especially from Lou Malnati’s. If you haven’t tried it yet, now’s your chance. And if you want to be extra cheesy (cue eye roll), try the heart-shaped pies. |
