Here's how to avoid the repair request headaches:
Meet with a knowledgable agent. A quick walkthrough could save you piles of cash.
If recommended, schedule a pre-sale inspection. Then you'll know what needs to be addressed from a functional standpoint.
Invest in repairing major systems first. i.e: HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical issues.
Once your home’s major systems check out, move to aesthetics. When in doubt, if there’s one room that needs to impress buyers, it’s (still!) the kitchen.
If there’s time, money, & elbow grease left, paint & zero in on curb appeal.
