Somehow 2020 and 2021 seemed like one long year with all that has happened in our world. However, as I sit here on the last day of 2021 I almost want to hang on a little longer because it was so good to me. This year I learned when and how to ask for help, when to take risks and step out of my comfort zone. It has all paid off and this year business has grown by 5 times what we did in 2020. In December alone our team closed over $12,000,000. I have many people to thank for the blessings I have received this year. We are taking the lessons learned in 2021 into 2022 and are looking to double our business yet again.
We anticipate a continued strong real estate market in our area with pent up demand for buyers looking to move to Florida as a primary or secondary residents. Interest rates are the variable factor. If they start to trend up significantly you will see prices decline. However, borrower's purchasing power will also decrease. Now is a great time to buy and sell and we believe 2022 will continue to be. Thank you for your continued support and look forward to another great year surrounded by those we hold dear.
