Three Neat Things
ISSUE 004 | MARCH 2022

Hi friends!

Things seem to be returning to somewhat a new normal, but like many others, I'm holding my breath waiting for the next hit. Fingers crossed that all the small businesses can get a foot up and back on track. Which leads me to my news - last week I launched my first official pro bono program. I'm super excited about the opportunity to offer my services to three businesses a year to help them on their way. Apply below and reply to this email with any questions!

And finally, just a few tidbits of positive news  to remind ourselves (that despite the best efforts of main media outlets to fill us with despair), things are definitely on the move to a renewable future.

2. Australia now has 25GW of installed solar capacity – the most per capita in the world. This caps off a record-breaking year in 2021, when more than 3GW of rooftop solar was installed by households and businesses. RE

3. Despite the best efforts of the Australian government to prop it up, the gas industry is getting destroyed by clean energy. Wind and solar provided five times more power than gas in 2021, while gas generation reached its lowest level in 15 years. Coal is down to 62.8% too, its lowest level since the interconnected national market began in 1999. The Age
