Hi friend,

I've recently started a new series on my social media called #DailyFat.

It's so important for us to incorporate fat bodies into our visual intake so that they become as normal to see as thin bodies. You can follow along on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook.
Also:

If you’re exhausted, you’re not alone.

It’s hard to be a small business owner, and it’s even harder when you’re part of a marginalized group, have a chronic illness, or have other demands on your time and energy.

In early 2021, I released my first book, The Exhausted Entrepreneur. It comes with guidance and a toolkit to make your marketing consistently doable and sustainable, and a 60-minute meeting with me to follow up.

Ever since, I’ve been working on the second edition, and it’s going to be even better.

In thanks for your support, I’m releasing selected draft chapters as I go to my Patreon supporters at the $10 level and above.

The Introduction does what it says on the tin:

– Covers why this book is desperately needed in the world
– Introduces the framework we’ll be using throughout
– What the book is and is not
– Talks about the one “should” you’ll find in the entire book

Warmly,
Lindley

P.S. Share this week's letter or save to read later here. It's only possible to offer the Body Liberation Guide and all its labor for free because people like you support it. If you find value here, please contribute for as little as $1 per month. Every dollar helps.

The Conversation

"This is what most girls are taught -- that we should be slender and small. We should not take up space. We should be seen and not heard, and if we are seen, we should be pleasing to men, acceptable to society.

And most women know this, that we are supposed to disappear, but it's something that needs to be said loudly, over and over again, so that we can resist surrendering to what is expected of us."
