Hey, y'all! I hope you've been well these days. Forgive my radio silence. 2022 has been busy and a bit overwhelming. I finally feel like I can come up for some air with my next book finished and work stuff easing up.
I wanted to share a few journal questions for the week with you all. Feel free to use and share them as much as you'd like. Our themes for this month are self-forgiveness, compassion, and gratitude. As you work through these questions, be honest, open, and non-judgmental.
