EARN AFTER READING

Hey First name / babe,

As I'm rapidly approaching nearly 3 years in this online space and the 2nd anniversary of the launch of Chanel & Lee Studios, I've realized this business has become so much more than just a business.

Yes, I love Dubsado, and yes, I love serving up major value for entrepreneurs looking to scale the biz of their dreams. But more than that, I've created a space where I can connect with people like you. People who have big dreams, who are paving their own way, and who are building their legacy. This business has given me this incredible community that brought me YOU, a place to be real AF, and a purpose beyond my wildest imagination. ✨

As I was thinking about how I wanted my voice to reflect me in my business, I knew there is so much more to be said. More experiences to share. More knowledge and wisdom to give. Most importantly, more ways in which I can help anyone else who feels lost in this space or who feels the disconnect from constantly being behind a screen!

So say hello to EARN AFTER READING {dropping every Tuesday} – your weekly conversation where I share truths, get down and dirty with entrepreneurship, and hopefully make your inbox a little more fun and a little less stressful.

+++ Each week I'll be sharing tid-bits of things I'm currently enjoying, things I've discovered, and biz tips to up your game {scroll to the bottom to see all the goodies & links}.

If you're here, it means we've got more than one thing in common. And chances are, you're yearning for the realnesss online just as much as I am.

This week in life…
A nod to motherhood

Motherhood is a m'fin TRIP. Am I right? This week, after a slightly terrifying emergency where my son got bit in the face by a dog {yes, he's ok}, I realized motherhood is just a never-ending rollercoaster of emotions. From, “holy, shit I love you so much,” to “please get out of my face,” to “I will kiss every boo-boo on you for eternity…” it truly. never. stops.

I always wonder if other parents feel this intense feeling of anxiety when asking themselves, “Am I giving the right emotions,” “Am I saying the right thing,” “Am I too reactive or not enough?" Because I know there are days where I just feel overwhelmed raising this tiny human and hoping I'm making all the right decisions.

So to all my moms/parents reading our first edition of Earn After Reading, I want you to know a few things:

You were made for this.
You are doing an amazing job raising your humans.
There is no other parent like you for your child.
I see you, and I hear you.
But most importantly, I'm proud of you… because this shit ain't easy.

Go easy on yourself, First name / babe. You're doing your very best and it's always enough.

Show yourself some love today, First name / babe.
you've earned it.

As always,
Taylor
