To succeed as an athlete, you have to be all in. This required mentality can make it hard to explore other sides of your identity and what makes you who you are.

Our Prioritize YOU Summit will cover the benefits and the challenges of prioritizing yourself outside of sports.

From discovering who you are to understanding the power of your story and the importance of focusing on mental health, we want to talk about how to succeed outside of the game. Click HERE to Register!

In 2018, Eighteen Under 18 began as an event to shine a light on students who are creating change in their communities. Unlike your average award ceremony the conversation led a call to action for young women in the audience to participate by pitching their own community centered initiatives.
Today, Eighteen Under 18 awards students across the Dinner Table's network for outstanding achievements across leadership, civic engagement, communications, the arts and STEM. Awarded students deliver speeches that lead a call to action for young women in the audience to participate and defy the odds and obstacles as they reach for the stars. Click HERE to Register!

Sports 4 Life offers community funding and seeks to effect sustainable improvement to the overall health and development of girls in these communities through grant making, leadership training and capacity-building efforts.

Sports 4 Life, cofounded by the Women’s Sports Foundation and espnW in 2014, was created based on the knowledge that while sports participation offers tremendous life-long benefits – from improved physical health and self-esteem, to better grades in school and enhanced leadership skills – young girls of color are disproportionately excluded.

The program seeks to increase the participation and retention of Black, African-American, Hispanic and/or Native American girls, inclusive of American Indian and Alaska Native communities.

2022 funding is made possible by Sports 4 Life founding partner espnW, The Walt Disney Company, and Gatorade.
