May is Almost Here and EmergeCounsel is Ready
Dear Clients and Friends,

It is great to be out and about:
Last week, Steve attended the Entrepreneur’s Organization (“EO”) Summit at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs. He learned about the social-emotional skills related to organizational leadership. He also went Jeeping and hiking. While in the Colorado Springs, Steve visited one of his first clients, Arielle and Courtney Thomas of Luna Float Spa (see picture below).

May is also shaping up to be a lively month – Starting on May 1st, the firm is attending the International Trademark Association (“INTA”) conference, in Washington, DC with thousands of trademark professionals worldwide. We are especially looking forward to meeting with our IR Global colleagues at INTA. IR Global is an international legal network EmergeCounsel is affiliated with. We are hosting our colleagues, Eshwars, from Chennai, India.

Later in the month Steve will be presenting “How to Take Down Chinese Copycats on Their Home Turf” at the Sellers Summit eCommerce Conference in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

These are just a few highlights of upcoming events for our team, we hope we get the chance to see you soon!

This month our blog focuses on the impact of the 9th Circuit Court’s decision regarding “browse-wrap” terms of service. Read More

Sincerely,
EmergeCounsel
Congrats to Arielle and Courtney on their success.
