Lisa here with my $150 meal guide & grocery list for Target! To be honest, I was nervous going into this challenge. Truthfully, I am not much of a budgeter and feeding my family of five for a week for only $150 seemed daunting. BUTI did it. And YOU CAN TOO!

Monday

  • Salsa Chicken low carb wrap (use egg wrap for gluten free option)
  • Grilled burgers with mashed cauliflower & veggies (no bun for me)
Tuesday

Wednesday
  • Turkey sausage & egg bagel (for gluten-free option do turkey sausage in egg wrap)
  • Loaded BBQ baked potato
  • Ground turkey sweet potato skillet
 
Thursday
  • Turkey sausage & egg bagel (for gluten-free option do turkey sausage in egg wrap)
  • Avocado chicken burgers with roasted potatoes
  • Instant Pot taco pasta
 
Friday
