What I Am Doing

Did you know that interacting with friends can boost your mood? FRIENDS, not the people you hang out with occasionally or work with. I am talking about people that you trust. A person that you love, and you know they love you as well. Someone you can have a conversation with about absolutely anything because they know you and you know them. These individuals make our lives richer and are invaluable to our wellbeing. I am going to make it a point to talk to my friends even more, you should too!
