Happy Monday, First name / friend
 
We hope you had a wonderful weekend and a Happy Easter, Passover or any other holiday you may celebrate. This time of year brings hope and renewal, and we hope you're feeling a little bit of both. 
 
Ixi and I (Tiffany) were talking the other day about hope, and how it's so important to our health and wellbeing. It's really true… my sister and I used to joke that looking forward to something was over half the fun of it. And honestly… it's so true! 
 
Part of why we love working on this platform is because we want to bring you hope. We want this to be a place for you to turn to when you need a little jolt of optimism, a reminder that there is a path forward for you to do incredible things. Having that dose of hope is magic. As Emily Dickinson said… 
 
Hope is the thing with feathers that perches in the soul - and sings the tunes without the words - and never stops at all. 
 
What can you hope for this week? Look forward to? Even if it's a coffee tomorrow, or 10 minutes of yoga before bed, or an epic summer adventure.
