Hello & welcome to my April 2022 newsletter! In honor of Spring & new beginnings, I thought it would be fun to share a couple of recent renovation projects that have just hit the market. It's been awhile since I highlighted a before & after story & as you may know, this is one of my very favorite facets of my career. Talk about major transformations, both of these properties underwent extensive structural & design makeovers that took well over a year from beginning to end. Do you love a good makeover story as much as I do? Let me know what you think of the changes. What are your favorite highlights? 
 
 

I love looking at a property in need of some TLC & seeing its hidden potential. One of my favorite parts of working in Real Estate is finding those homes that have great bones & have been well-loved, but need new life breathed into them. There is something so rewarding in a good before & after story. As you can see, these properties had the right idea but needed some major updating.

The former outdated bathroom is now a calming retreat. The new spa-like bath features a slipper tub, frameless glass shower & double vanities with make-up area. Can you say bubble bath?
