Spring has sprung, which means more sunlight, colour & LOVE letters! I recently collaged these letters for my office wall and LOVE (!) them. The combination of fiery red (I'm an Aries after all) with softer hues, squiggles, lines, and random cutouts reminds me to allow plenty of meandering this spring and not be in such hurry to get to the next chapter. HOW WILL YOU MEANDER THIS SPRING? |

Loving this quote by productivity consultant Steve McClatchy. It's so true - when we put things back in their home, clutter disappears, and life is easier. This quote was posted by an empty-nester “with a nest that's far from empty” on Clump a Day blog. Described as “postcards from the clogosphere”, the blog (now retired) offers insights, discoveries, causes for gratitude, and relevant photos about the decluttering journey. Time to put our forks back in our cutlery drawers in order to live lighter! WHAT “FORKS” NEED TO BE RETURNED TO THEIR PROPER HOME? |

Ten Metre Tower is an award-winning 2016 short film (16-min) by Maximilien van Aertryck and Axel Danielson showing what happens when people get to the top of a 10-meter diving tower for the first time. Will they jump off or climb back down the stairs? Examining how humans react to fear, judgment, and vulnerability is at the crux of this intriguing film. You see it all - the emotions, the questions, the yelling, the silence…As a former diver, I've felt that fear, and dove in anyway! WOULD YOU JUMP OFF THE 10-METRE PLATFORM? |

Want to know what it takes to organize your life while simultaneously taking care of your mental and physical health? Listen to my podcast episode with Integrative Health Coach and Connect Podcast Host Sheila Botelho as we discuss how to organize life as a multipotentialite. We both agree - caring for your personal space is a form of self-care and it's always worth our time and effort. ARE YOU CARING FOR YOUR SPACE AS A FORM OF SELF-CARE? |

Using Behavioral Economic principles to set and stick to goals is what the online platform stickK is all about! YOU decide which goals (health, fitness, relationships, work boundaries, etc.) you want to commit to, then sign a contract, and even put money down, to keep you accountable and incentivized. Completing StickK's “Commitment Contract” has been proven to significantly improve goal success rates across all disciplines - I'm ready to give it a try? WHAT GOALS WOULD YOU COMMIT TO RIGHT NOW? |
