Hello First name / relative,
As we inch toward warmer days, a solar eclipse in Taurus will guide us into the depth on April 30th. In this moment, we might ask ourselves:

What are my gifts, and how might they help to shape a more just and caring world

I hope the resources that follow will provide some nourishment and nurturing as you journey into this important question. One lesson I am keeping close to me in this moment:

Move downward and inward in wonderment and return, belly to land, like a child in love with the earth.

In this stunning narrated essay, Robin Wall-Kimmerer shares the story of how the earth came to be – through the migration of mosses – and what this green intelligence might teach us about survival in an era of a changing climate.

“Watch a raindrop land on a dry moss and you might learn something more about living well.”

Two visionary movement leaders come together for an intimate conversation on the power of doing the work, centering hope, and reclaiming grace as we find our way toward the miracle of freedom.

“…there are these dimensions of possibility that we can’t see or plan for, which to me is hopeful.”

This month's community breathwork is coming up on May 21, 2022 at 3:00PM EST. This is a 30 minute donation based community session. Practicing breathwork in a group is especially helpful if you are new to breathwork, are looking to establish a breathwork practice, and are seeking a circle of support and accountability. All are welcome.

At LOAM, we value affordable access to Acupuncture and East Asian medicine through our Community Supported Acupuncture (CSA) program. This is a mutual aid initiative that allows anyone to make a donation toward sponsored sessions on behalf of those who otherwise do not have the financial means to receive services.

Mother's Day can be challenging for many. This quarter, I am setting a goal to offer 3 sponsored sessions (in person or virtual) to women of color in my local community. If it is on your heart, consider paying it forward. You can purchase an eGift certificate for a mother of color that you know and love, or donate toward the CSA program

Thank you for being here
If you enjoyed this edition and know someone else who would benefit from this monthly missive, please share the letter with a friend. It helps to nurture community and deepen the work.
