Mi Casa Resource Center
The Thirlby Company first partnered with Mi Casa Resource Center in November of 2020. Margie served an interim leadership role to manage the staff and advise the board on their CEO search process. After appointing Angeles Ortega as their new CEO in February of 2021, Mi Casa had Margie facilitate Angeles' onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition.

Why did you decide to work with the Thirlby Co?
“Due to the rich history of Mi Casa in the Denver Metro community, our board decided we wanted to lead our own CEO search process instead of hiring a search firm. However, we knew that we’d still need professional guidance, and the staff would need support during a big time of transition. We decided to hire Margie due to her extensive background leading nonprofits, and her unique quality of being a Certified Professional Coach. We appreciated her positivity, competence, and commitment from start to finish.”
What outcomes have you achieved through our work together?
