Hi First name / lovely reader,

I received such nice responses to the last newsletter I sent about my temporary move to North Yorkshire! I have not been able to respond to all of them, but I have enjoyed reading them all, so thank you very much.
I will of course tell you more about this adventure when I get there.

Regarding work I have taken a step back to create a little more peace of mind, so there is not much news to report about my work this time. I'm still working on my new website, almost ready 🎉
But no worries, plenty of things to share. Are you ready? Let's go!

1) My first ceramics piece, and the second one is nearly done. The classes are now over and I will miss them. 2) I painted the kitchen wall pink. 3) My coach Krista's chicken gave me a cuddle. 4) Bram made this cake. Don't add extra sugar though, the speculoos is incredibly sweet in itself.

I get quite a few questions, via email or DM's. But I don't have time to answer all the questions. I only have two hands :) That's why I came up with something new, so I can still answer some questions and in a way that others also benefit from it: a kind of advice column on my blog. Ask a question here.

01 / BOOK The first recommendation is Toxic Positivity by Whitney Goodman. For those who want to put ‘it’s your mindset' and 'the universe has wanted it that way' in perspective.

04 / ARTICLE From professor and scientific author Adam Grant: You can discriminate without being sexist or racist’.

05 / BOEK A book I'm currently reading is Think like an artist by Will Gompertz. I'm making a lot of notes, always a good sign.

06 / FILM Saturday I went to the cinema with Bram (first time in ages) and we saw The Duke, a British feel-good film. Highly recommended!

07 / SERIES My ceramics teacher recommended Anatomy of a scandal (Netflix), and I finished it in just 3 days.

“For me, success is not a public thing. It’s a private thing. It’s when you have fewer and fewer regrets.”
Toni Morrison
That's it for this time! Now that the ceramics classes are over, I wanted to take up another hobby, so I'm going swimming this week. See if I can still do it ;) Feel free let me know what you think of this newsletter. Speak soon!
