For me, movement or fitness is super important.💪 Watching the sunrise is a “most days” activity.🌴 Drinking lots of water or a hot beverage from a cute vessel… sparks joy.🤩
It’s all SELF CARE, and YOUR VERSION of self care is important! 💆
