How to Gain Confidence in Yourself

This could be you!
Hi there! welcome to my weekly (or maybe twice a month, don’t hold me to it!) email where I give you tips on how to take your confidence to the next level!

If you’re reading this email right now that means you like me, you really like me! But actually though, you subscribed to my email list, and WOW am I grateful. You want to keep a pulse on where I’m at and what I have to say? *cue the happy tears*

In all seriousness, I’m grateful you’re here and I’m so excited to have a medium to share all the ups and downs, tips and tricks, fun shoots, and more.

Let's take your confidence to the next level, together!

Tip #1: Pretend. Fake it ‘til you make it. Even if you think, “This is crap. I’m not good at this. Idk why I am doing this.” Don't let your outside show that you're thinking this. Rock whatever it is. Learn. Fail. Learn again. Get better with each failure and DON'T. GIVE. UP.

Tip #2: Positive talk. Do this everyday, out loud, no matter how weird it feels. Tell yourself you are awesome. You are amazing. You are the best. You will trick your brain into thinking these things!!

Tip #3: Remove anything that negatively affects you. If you are scrolling on social media and notice that you're comparing your life to everyone on there. Cut it out. Also, realize that social media is a highlight of everyone's lives. They're most likely not going to post about their failures. Heck, most people act like they're someone they aren't.

Tip #4: Surround yourself with supportive people. People that will hype you up and give you a confidence boost. Your tribe should put off the best vibes!

Tip #5: Stop caring what people think. We are all different and it's supposed to be that way. How boring would it be if we were all the same? Don't worry what Sally says about you, that says more about Sally, you know? I was so scared of what people would think when I started boudoir photography. I thought people would think it was weird or judge me, but I didn't let that keep me from doing it. I'm glad I didn't let it stop me because I have created a community full of amazing women and a career that I couldn't live without!

Tip #6: Don't dwell on the past, the future is bright. The past makes you who you are today. Keep going, and keep growing!

Last tip, and you know I had to mention it, but a boudoir shoot is the best confidence booster. Even if you did it yourself, in your own home! Click this link for my top selling poses that you can do at home. 😘
