Class Descriptions
YOGA Classes
Beginner Vinyasa Flow w/ Aly 6:00 PM
$10 / 6 pack $50
This class will start with a warm-up followed by a flowing sequences aimed to improve stability, strength and flexibility, all guided with your breath. Class will end with a cool down followed by a guided meditation. .
 
Wednesday Evening Candlelight Slow Flow Yoga w/ Sara 4:00 PM
$10 / 6 pack $50
Offering all the benefits of vinyasa while giving you more time to pause, adjust, and breathe. Slow flow yoga is deeply relaxing and easy for beginners to follow. It helps you connect deeply with your body, breath and inner journey. 
 
Thursday Hatha Mix Yoga w/ Sara 9:00 AM
$10 / 6 pack $50
Following the Hatha path of yoga. This practice will be a blend of holding basic yoga poses along with movement and stretch. This class will focus on alignment and settling into the pose before moving into the next. 
 
Saturday Morning Yin Yoga w/ Sara 8:30 AM
$10 / 6 pack $50
Yin yoga consists of floor poses that are held with gravity. While the muscles are relaxed, yin yoga target deep fascia, ligaments and joints. Yin will open the body to more flexibility and energy flow while encouraging a more relaxed quality of mind.

January Workshops
MOON PHASE Yin Yoga Workshop:
Wednesday January 18th @ 7:00 - 8:30 PM
The waning crescent moon can be an opportunity to restore and deep dive from within. During this phase of the moon, a yin yoga practice that that is both restorative and relaxing can assist in adjusting the mindset. Relax and unwind utilizing this time to expose positive energy from the guidance of the crescent moon.

QIGONG CLASSES

Tuesday Seated Stretch and Inner Smile Meditation 7:00 PM 
$25 / 6 pack $125
In this class, students will sit comfortably on a mat, chair or block and enjoy warm, invigorating stretches to clear tension in muscles and tissues. We finish class with an inner smile meditation for spiritual growth and increased positive energy.
 
Wednesday Tai Chi Foundations 10:00 AM
$35 / 6 pack $175
Students will learn classic Tai Chi movements that form the foundation of their practice. Light movements that help ease aches, pains and stiffness in the joints enhancing health and well-being. Whether you're a total beginner looking to start Tai Chi or a regular practitioner looking to brush up on the basics, this is the perfect class for you!
 
Thursday Beginner Qigong: 7:00 PM
$10 / 6 pack $50
Combing gentle, slow movement with breath work to release tension, ease aches and pain. We will use healing sounds to balance emotions in the internal organs and practice seated meditation. This class is light, gentle and lower impact.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS 
 
Sara Delgado ~ is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance RYT with an added 20 hour certification in Yin yoga. Sara has been teaching for just over a year. She is in the process of continuing her yoga education with an additional 300 hour teacher training.

Joshua Kelly  ~ is a Qigong, Tai chi and meditation instructor. He has completed the 200 hour Masters Apprentice as a medical Qigong instructor along with the 500 Hour Longevity Training in the Zen Wellness Master's Path Program and has earned his Silver Coin. Josh has been teaching for 5 years. Qigong and Tai chi are ancient Chinese moving meditation exercises based on the elements and cycles of nature to balance energy in the body, mind and spirit.

Aly Buonocore ~ is a 200 hr RYT and started teaching this year! Her favorite style is a fun and active flow class that includes a gentle cool down and peaceful savasana!

Our Mission ~ The Lavender Lounge is a beginner and intermediate friendly studio. We offer a variety of classes and instructors to promote physical and emotional wellness through yoga and fitness. Our group goal is to nurture the mind and body through movement and stillness while you develop a deeper relationship with self.
