Hi friends,

The highlights of my week were my habits workshop, meeting two adorable half-year-old babies for the first time and conversations with their dear amazing mummies, having sushi twice, knafeh with a view, a delicious cappuccino with hubby at the end of a fun day for kids, the Jacaranda tree in full bloom, seeing my son in his first graduation gown and a family lunch after which my dad enjoyed so much that he asked to take a picturešŸ’š .

That was an unsually eventful week, what about yours? Did you go to a graduation ceremony this season? We definitely missed those.

Sending you blessings for a great one ahead.

Happy June.

P.S. I love receiving Jacaranda snapshots, please keep sharing them with me on Instagram :)

Here is your weekly dose of The Sunday Spark āš”ļø a newsletter listing 5 inspiring things I thought were worth starting your week with:

  1. šŸŽ§ I enjoyed listening to this beautiful interview between Seth Godin and Debbie Millman about creativity and resistance šŸ¦Ž . It reminded me of what I first learned from Seth about showing up my art; art being something that changes people. Freelancers would especially love this episode.
  2. šŸ“– In the interview, they discussed this book: V is for Vulnerable, a full-color ABC book for grown-ups. Thinking of showing it to you in an instagram LIVE soon, what do you think?
  3. šŸ“§ A newsletter you would enjoy is "The Art of Noticing" by Rob Walker, the author of the book with the same title. He shares exercises like this and this to connect with your local environment.
  4. ā” Icebreaker of the week is a recurrent feature in Rob's newsletter, and he generously collected them in one document to help you in your next gathering or training. These questions are so fresh.
  5. A favorite quote about forgiveness:
ā€œThrough forgiveness, which essentially means recognizing the insubstantiality of the past and allowing the present moment to be as it is, the miracle of transformation happens not only within but also without. A silent space of intense presence arises both in you and around you. Whoever or whatever enters that field of consciousness will be affected by it, sometimes visibly and immediately, sometimes at deeper levels with visible changes appearing at a later time. You dissolve discord, heal pain, dispel unconsciousness ā€” without doing anything ā€” simply by being and holding that frequency of intense presence."
ā€• Eckhart Tolle, The Power of Now
