CLIENT SPOTLIGHT
Butterfly Pavilion
The Thirlby Company has supported the leadership team at Butterfly Pavilion with coaching and consulting projects since December 2021. We are proud to partner with Butterfly Pavilion as they complete Emerge, a historic and monumental fundraising campaign to build a new facility.
Here are a few words from Patrick Tennyson, CEO of Butterfly Pavilion:
Why did you decide to work with the Thirlby Co?
“Butterfly Pavilion has embarked on a very significant capital campaign to build a brand new, state-of-the-art Invertebrate education, research, and conservation center. This is a massive undertaking that demands a great deal of effort from our team. We originally connected with The Thirlby Company to assist us with building the leadership skills, confidence, and strength to truly embrace this challenge.”
What outcomes have you achieved through our work together?
“Margie provided outstanding management and leadership coaching for myself and a member of our executive team. However, through the process, our entire organization has benefitted from the engagement. We as all have learned several new leadership strategies and embraced new principles in our approach to the business. Additionally, our work with Margie sparked some wonderful investigation into values and norms. Our team has grown a great deal, and our executive and senior leadership team dynamics are much improved - this of course helps set the stage for improved management across the organization."
