Hello & welcome to my June 2022 newsletter! I'm so glad it's finally Summer, how about you? I thought I'd do a little roundup of a few fun local summer activities in case you are looking for some seasonal events to fill up your social calendar. Of course, there are many weekly & monthly happenings around town…like Albuquerque Downtown Growers' Market, Rail Yards Market & ABQ ArtWalk (to name just a few) but also lots of annual events to plan for in advance. This is by no means an exhaustive list & I would love for you to share other events with me that I might have missed. With all of the chaos in the world right now, it's important to take time away from work & responsibilities to enjoy the season! |

Route 66 Summerfest is Saturday July 23, 2022 from 5pm-10pm in Nob Hill. This is a free community event on Central Ave featuring local bands, food, drinks, vendors & more. Many shops & restaurants in Nob Hill & surrounding areas also take part in the festivities. |

Downtown Summerfest is Saturday August 6, 2022 from 5pm-10pm in Civic Plaza. This is a free & family-friendly downtown event. Enjoy a fun evening including live music, a beer garden, artisan vendors, food & kids' activities. |

Westside Summerfest is Saturday August 20, 2022 from 5pm-10pm in Ventana Ranch Community Park. This event features local music performers, local artisans, a food court & cantina with breweries, distilleries & wineries. This is the last Summerfest location for the 2022 season & is dedicated to promoting local talent this year! |
