  5. I love Kaizen, it was one of the most refreshing topics I studied  in Industrial Engineering at the university:

This is counterintuitive for many people who believe big steps are the only way forward. Some people approach challenges with an all or nothing mindset, such as not eating sugar for the month, working every day till 10 p.m., or going to the gym seven days a week at 5 a.m. This approach may work temporarily but it will not be sustainable over time."
