Have you prioritized yourself lately, First name / Friend? I’m guessing, probably not as much as you deserve. 
 
Too often we’re told that putting others before ourselves is equated to our self-worth. 
 
But I’m here to tell you… go ahead. Put yourself first sometimes.
 
It’s critical for your well-being.
  • Fight burnout: When you choose to invest your time, energy, and money into yourself, you’re filling your own cup. This means you can more effectively fight off burnout and exhaustion. 
     
  • Improve energy and productivity: When you invest in receiving the space and support you need, your energy and productivity levels increase. Folks also report an increase in creativity and an improved sense of self-worth. 
     
  • Stronger relationships: When we learn to invest in activities that bring us joy and self-reflection, our relationships with those around us grow stronger. Depending on the investment (for example, a retreat), we may also leave with a new support system and peers to lean on.
     
  • Confidence: Prioritizing yourself is a form of self-love. It improves your confidence in yourself and your business. It’s empowering!
