I was thinking about what I want to add to my portfolio next, and I was reflecting on a motif that’s always massively popular - Animals! 

If you’re looking for strong sales and are feeling stuck wondering what to add to your portfolio, animals will always be a good choice for you. It’s simple - people love cute animals, so there will always be a demand for them in surface design. This motif is an easy win and is something I know will sell well month after month, year after year.  

This llama painting was one of the first pieces that I added to my art licensing portfolio back in 2014 and it’s still one of my best sellers today. It even got picked up recently for my newest collection of bike accessories!
