Today I picked a sentence out of a ton of proverbs at random:

“Serenity is when what you say, what you think and what you do are in perfect harmony”. These past months I've found a lot of peace. I am happy to be in the space that results from this internal coherence the sentence refers to. I've come a long way and now it feels nice to be in this state!
