Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga
What is that? How can knowing more about Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga benefit me?

These are some of the thoughts that crossed my mind as I opened an email with Megan Kopack's most recent blog post inside. Megan is one of our wonderful counselors on staff who is certified in Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga and has a passion to add movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices to her sessions to help her clients reach their goals.

After reading through her most recent post (I can't wait to read her future posts on this topic), I realized that I have so much to learn about yoga and all of its benefits, especially how it can be used therapeutically to improve my mental health well-being.
