Hey First name / friends!

June has been absolutely epic! I kicked off the beginning of the month with my watercolor + entrepreneurship retreat in southern Spain, and it was a blast! I’m so inspired by the group of incredible artists that joined us on the retreat. We had an amazing week filled with creativity, workshops, good food, adventures, and lots of laughs. I wrote a blog post recapping the highlights from the retreat. Check it out to travel with us virtually and get a behind the scenes look at what happens on an art retreat!

After wrapping up the retreat, I moved on to Portugal, which is a brand new country for me to visit! I started with a week in the Azores and am now exploring Lisbon. Next up: Germany, Switzerland, and then back to the USA for a quick visit before I head back to Thailand for the winter. It’s been a while since I’ve been in full-on digital nomad mode, which got me inspired for this week’s #CreateWithCatCoq challenge!
#CreateWithCatCoq - Travel-Inspired Art
This week’s prompt is to create an illustration inspired by your travels or a place that you dream of traveling to! So much of my portfolio is inspired by different places I visit. There’s just something about traveling that opens up your creativity and helps you see things in a new light.
