When it's hot out, and layering or “3rd Things” are not a viable option, a pattern top - or a top with interesting details - (or even a simple top with a GREAT necklace) - can be the star of a chic look.

We often pigeon-hole “blouses” and think of them strictly for dressy or workwear. But why not mix it up, roll up the sleeves and dress it down too?
