We are not even asking about the last few years (difficult, of course)...
Just think about the last few months... Is this exhaustion common in your daily life, First name?
If you are part of the lucky ones who answered “no”… Congratulations!
Because surely many of your family, neighborhood, work, or friends would answer the opposite, do you agree?
And who says that is not us, First name…
In 2018, an Ibope survey revealed that 98% of Brazilians claimed to have any level of recurrent physical or mental fatigue. 98%!
And as if that was not enough: 2 out of 3 of us woke up exhausted at the time. In other words, this exhaustion was not the natural result of a busy day, for example.
All these numbers reinforce we form what the South Korean philosopher Byung-Chul Han called “The Burnout Society”.
A society based on unbridled performance and constant demands...
In productivity, infinite timeline, and late-night texts from work…
That, instead of using technology in favor of people, ends up imposing its rhythm on ours. And who can keep up with machines?
