While a sunny summer is nice, too much of something is never a good thing. Excessive heat can cause dangerous conditions, such as dehydration, heat cramps, heat exhaustion and heat stroke. In light of this we've curated a few tips to help you through this season.

 

12 of our LBUF Sky Kids (Northpointe Site) ages 6-12, along with 2 Jr. Interns participated in a 2-day dance camp hosted by Dance for Joy Ministriesin Huntington Beach, CA. The Sky Kids were among the 100+ kids in attendance. The camp featured a full day of dance classes and the girls took them all! Among the dance styles taught were Jazz, Hula, Hip Hop, Modern, and Ballet. We're super proud of our Sky Kids who represented themselves and  LBUF excellently--we had a blast!

 

We taped of a special Juneteenth episode at The Wah Gwaan Jamaican Kitchen & Bar 4371 Crenshaw Blvd unit A, Los Angeles, CA.  The Juneteenth recording was a great way for us to connect with the people in our community and to get a chance to highlight entrepreneurs who are making their mark. This special episode will be airing soon on Padnet.Tv and CVM.Tv (Jamaica).
