It's exactly what it looks like. April is gone. All of my books are in the process of being removed from all retailers. They'll be renamed, rebranded, and put back up under Rue Lennox. For those of you who didn't open that newsletter, not that I blame you because we're all inundated with a lot… all the time. I made the excruciating decision to put my name to rest. April is my actual, legal, name. I made the choice to publish before I even know anything about pennames, or the very real exposure it shines on my family. Thank you all so much for your support.
oh yeah - I wrote some things too.
As you can see, I may have been quiet in recent weeks, but I've been busy as hell. One of the things I've been working on is putting together a charity anthology to help those affected by suicide. In doing so, a massive list of authors have come together to help. With over 50 putting in stories, I have cried so many times with the thoughtfulness they've brought to the table.
One More Kiss
A charity romance anthology benefitting suicide awareness & prevention
Having lost two of my siblings to suicide, it's something I am very passionate about. Not only did I write the introduction, but this anthology has a story of mine in it.
100% of proceeds are being donated to The Keith Milano Memorial Fund at the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
This anthology has a story of mine in it, and 100% of proceeds are being donated to charity.
