How have you all been? I hope you all are doing well! It has been two weeks since my last newsletter! It has been a busy couple of weeks filled with business, personal and general life issues, but I am back and ready to get back to my weekly newsletters! The weather here sure has been HOT & HUMID! The last two summers were pretty much monsoon free and that was good not having to deal with humidity along with hot temps, but this summer the monsoon storms (as well as hot temps and “Excessive Heat Warnings”) have been coming hot and heavy and the worst part is that I have to take Audriana out for her potty breaks throughout the day and I carry her to shaded areas to do her business then I carry her back home and that pretty much just zaps the energy out of me everyday, but I do it to keep my girl safe from the heat, humidity and from burning her paws on the hot pavement! This is why my favorite season since moving to Las Vegas is fall and I can't wait until fall arrives this year!!!
Well, that's all I have for you this week. I hope you all have a fun filled weekend and I will talk with you all next week! Now time for a recap of what was published this week on the blog, my weekly faves and fails and a few other goodies to share to, so on to this week's update!
Suave Skin Solutions Smoothing Lotion w/Rose & Argan Oil($3.93 for 32 oz.) – In my quest to try other body moisturizers, I decided to give this one a try. Now I have tried a few Suave products in the past that I didn't really care for and then I tried this moisturizer. I was pleasantly surprised how hydrating and moisturizing this lotion is and I also love the light rose scent too. This lotion doesn't feel sticky after application, absorbs into the skin quickly and leaves my skin hydrated all day. This is perfect for those hot, humid days of summer when you need hydration in a lightweight lotion. So, if you are looking for a good summertime body moisturizer, I recommend giving this one a try!

~Here's What I Have NOT Been Loving This Week~
Dove Exfoliating Body Polish w/Pomegranate Seeds & Shea Butter($6.97 for 10.5 oz.) - I received a travel size of this body polish in a recent Walmart Beauty Box and I tested it once a week until the jar was empty. I will say this body polish was just a little to abrasive for me and not as moisturizing or hydrating as I thought it would be (I prefer more of an oil based body polish that provides gentle exfoliation as well as hydrating and moisturizing my skin). Now with that being said, this is not a bad body polish. It exfoliated my skin well and my skin felt smooth, but the formulation is not for me. So, if you are looking for a body polish that exfoliates well (and your skin isn't as sensitive as mine) and leaves your skin smooth, then give this body polish a try.

I have missed barking with all of you and I hope you all are doing great! It has been a long two weeks away, but I am back and today I have an ice cream recipe that is delish (or as mama says *chef's kiss*) and I hope mama makes this for me again as soon as possible!!
~DOG ICE CREAM RECIPE~
This recipe is the perfect treat for us dogs on those hot, humid summer days and the best part, it's easy to make! Here is how to make it for your pup:
INGREDIENTS:
3 Ripe Bananas
32 oz. Plain Yogurt
1 Cup Peanut Butter
DIRECTIONS:
Using a food processor or blender, mix all of the ingredients together.
Pour mixture into ice cube trays or a freezer safe container and freeze until completely frozen.
Serve your dog a couple of ice cubes or a couple of scoops for a cool, refreshing treat.
That's all I have for you this week! I hope you all have an awesome weekend and I will bark with you all next week and remember, adopt, don't shop!

Four Ingredient Meatloaf
~Four Ingredient Meatloaf~
This meatloaf recipe serves 6 people and is an amazingly quick and easy delicious dinner for busy weeknight meals (the boxed stuffing mix makes all the difference)! Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables or a tossed green salad and you have a balanced meal for the whole family! Here’s how to make it:
INGREDIENTS:
1 Box Stuffing Mix (brand name or store brand in any flavor)
½ Cup Water (or a little more if your beef is super lean)
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a bread loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the dry stuffing mix, ground beef, eggs, water, and ¼ cup of the ketchup.
Fill the prepared pan with your mixture and use your hands to press the mixture evenly into the pan.
Top it with the remaining ketchup and spread it evenly over the top (you can also use BBQ sauce, chili sauce, or a combination of sauces).
Bake for 45-60 minutes (depending on your oven).
Let meatloaf stand for at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
RECIPE NOTES:
Add anything else to the mixture that you happen to have on hand like chopped onions, garlic, cheese, spices, herbs, etc. This is the base recipe, and really all you need, but there's no harm in making it your way!
I used ground turkey for this recipe and it was so good (*chef's kiss*)! If you try this recipe, let me know how it turns out by clicking the “REPLY TO ME” button down below!
