Flashback to Black Friday when the only thing I purchased was this email marketing product with the intention of sending a monthly newsletter starting in January 2023. Now I finally did it!

My hope is that this newsletter will serve as a source of inspiration, education, and connection. A space that is full of the good stuff—articles, blog posts, resources, the latest happenings in my corner of the universe and so much more.
My work is all about making things like onboarding, servicing, + processing easier for independent insurance agencies so they can focus on developing their team and growing their book of business intentionally. Auditing an agency's operations and documenting them in an accessible + enjoyable way is a tall task, but that's what I love to do! I want my clients to feel confident about leading their agency like a coach and I want them to feel good about what's getting done in their daily operations…and what isn't.
I want this to be an email that you truly look forward to reading when it pops into your inbox, whether you are in the insurance industry or not. If it's not for you, please feel free to 'unsubscribe' at any time. No hard feelings! MCJ Partners is the consulting company we co-founded in 2020 to use our unique individual talents + passions to make a living for our household and enjoy life as much as possible while doing it. As you may know, I’m a part of the Youth Villages Leadership Council, a group dedicated to supporting Youth Villages’ mission of helping children and families live successfully.
I wanted to pass along the opportunity to support our annual Hygiene Kit drive as we collect personal hygiene items and donations. These hygiene kits benefit young adults in the Youth Villages LifeSet Programwho may not have access to these basic needs otherwise.
LifeSetis the bridge to successful adulthood and shows positive impacts in many areas of participants’ lives, including reduced homelessness, increased economic well-being and better mental health. Each kit will be filled with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste and a toothbrush. In addition, we will be providing other hygiene items that will help youth based on their personal needs.
On April 5th, from 6-8pm at Scholar’s American Bistro and Cocktail Lounge in Boston, we will be hosting an exclusive event called Cheers, Beers, and Volunteers; a packing party and networking night to conclude our hygiene kit drive. I'd love for you to join me!
