Lately, I've found a new love for silence. Instead of wanting to fill the gaps of every moment with words, I am becoming comfortable in the void that silence resides. For me, silence has become an act of liberation from my restless mind. |

This past weekend I decided to stay off my phone and enjoy life as it is. I watched some of my old youtube videos because wisdom often lies within your younger self too. I really just wanted to realign with my intentions for life & living. Choosing a creative life can feel rocky because everything I do is filled with deep passion, truth & intentionality. When I can't show up in that way to create I don't want to create at all. Then I feel bad for “not putting anything out there” but there is nothing wrong with slowing down, & living in the moment to gather inspiration to produce results that you love rather than producing results just to say “Yep, I posted today”. |

Thank you to everyone who showed up to the Sunday Guided Meditation. I love witnessing people show up for themselves even in the slightest ways. It was my first time facilitating a meditation space. It gave me the courage I needed moving forward. If you missed it, no worries there will be more. As I start to really build the foundation for The Watered Woman Collective, I want to create shareable & down to earth content that is fun, interactive, relaxed & practical. Sometimes it's easy for information to be caught stuck in theory. As you absorb I encourage you to practice, embody, and become one with what is working for you. It's not enough to just read about it. Be the experimenter that you are called to be. I'm going to start sharing one minute guided meditation reels that will invite us to all Pause & Breathe. Be sure to follow me on instagram @wateredwomancollective. |

Let's get into this week's Woman in Bloom. BK is an intuitive body worker & co-creator of Kind Body Therapy committed to the mind, body, & spirit. BK'S insight is genuine & very intentional. Love for laughter, feeling good & she has healing hands. Her energy reminds me of the sun. Maybe her aura color is yellow? lol Let's dive into this interview. |
