THE WAIT IS ALMOST OVER
Thank you for joining our waitlist. We know that you are eager to book your stay and we are excited to welcome you back to the #1 Luxury RV Resort! 
This summer we have been busy working on a brand new booking website. The new website will deliver a much faster, cleaner and easier to use experience from start to finish. We are anticipating the new website and software going live in the first part of October. In the meantime, please be patient with the existing site and give the pages a chance to load as they do take a minute or two depending on your browser.
 
Please take a moment to review all of the updated information below which includes updates to our booking process, rates, fees and cancellation policy. 
 
BOOKING FOR THE 2022-23 SEASON
We are anticipating opening bookings for the season on September 1, 2022.
Bookings will be accepted online only, as follows:
  • September 1-8: Accepting bookings for 30 night stays only
  • September 9-15: Accepting bookings for 15-30 nights only
  • September 16-22: Accepting bookings for 7-30 nights only
  • September 23: Accepting all bookings 2- 30 nights
*Guests may lease within the Association for a maximum of thirty (30) cumulative days from August 1 to July 31 ("Lease Year").
 
NIGHTLY RATES & FEES
Nightly rates starting from:
  • Undeveloped Privacy: $132.90 + fees
  • Undeveloped Premium: 151.90 + fees
  • Silver Privacy: $157.40 + fees
  • Silver Premium: $170.40 + fees
  • Gold Privacy: $182.40 + fees
  • Gold Premium: $195.40 + fees
  • Platinum Privacy: $198.40 + fees
  • Platinum Premium: $222.40 + fees

FEES:
  • Resort Fee: $30 per day per coach for up to two people and $15 per day for each additional person (Resort fee is in addition to the Nightly Rate.
  • Cleaning Fee: Upgraded lots will be subject to cleaning fees in addition to the Nightly Rate and Resort fee. Cleaning fees will vary by lot due to the amenities on the lot. Cleaning fees will be noted directly on the lot listing when booking. Cleaning fee is a one time fee ranging from $35- $65.
  • Pool Heat Surcharge: Some pool lots may include a pool heat surcharge. Pool heat surcharges will be noted directly on the lot listing when booking. Pool surcharges may range from $50- $100 per day depending on pool size.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the demand and extensive waitlist for rentals at Motorcoach Country Club we have updated our cancellation policy. 
  • A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
  • Cancel within 7 Days after booking to receive a full refund of your 50% deposit. Canceling after 7 days will result in forfeiting your 50% deposit.
  • Guests who cancel within 7 days of their scheduled arrival will be responsible for the full amount of their reservation. 
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Class A Motorhomes 30' or larger only
  • No signage or advertising on coach or tow vehicle
  • No trailers or tow dollies
  • Individual lots do not offer Wi-Fi or cable. Wi-Fi hotspot located at Clubhouse.
