got to facilitate their school board retreat.
Here are a few words from Brian Cichon, school board president:
Why did you decide to work with the Thirlby Co?
“Montessori del Mundo conducts a board of directors retreat at the conclusion of each academic year to focus on our main school drivers of sustainability, employee retention, continued academic improvement, and school operations. We are facing some big decisions this year regarding school expansion and needed a facilitator who could ask the right questions to provoke thoughtful discussion, and identify meaningful action that would result in change.”
What outcomes did you achieve through our work together?
“Margie spent a full day with us guiding a very directed conversation focused on school expansion. This is a topic that felt too big to tackle alone, so we needed some very specific guidance as to how to identify and prioritize those activities that would result in the best outcomes for the benefit of the school. Margie came well prepared, and kept us on track, focused, and engaged in tough conversations. At the end of the retreat, we had a clear plan of action. It was a very thorough experience.”
