What I am doing
Do you know what has been going well for me? I have been drinking several cups of hot tea throughout the day. Here is the thing about tea: you are not only having a tasty beverage but also creating a moment to sit and breathe.
You can be mindful with your tea by incorporating all of your senses. Look at the color of your tea, smell your tea, taste your tea, and feel the warmth of your tea. Did I mention how tea counts toward your daily water intake AND the tea itself can have health benefits depending on the type of tea you choose? Green, Black, White Oblong, herbal or caffeinated, the choice is yours! To sum this up, drink tea every day! It is a win-win!
