FIXING FUNCTIONAL ISSUES THROUGH DESIGN

Like many C-Class properties, 506 South was an outdated community whose enormous potential was clear to us. 
 
With our anti-cookie-cutter approach, our 
award-winning designers worked diligently on creating innovative and tactical design solutions. Remodeling with the highest quality products and aesthetics, but never at the expense of the client's established budget — that is our expertise. 
 
Today, 506 South is a thriving community 
residents are happy to call home.

CHALLENGES WE FACED
1. 
The current exterior scheme was very traditional and dull.

The signage & name did not fit the property style or demographic.

Leasing Office was underutilized & not functional for staff.

Amenities were outdated and 
non-inviting.

no exception!
 
To bring a fresh new look and feel to this exterior, our designers opted for white brick, calming green doors, & thoughtfully placed wood accents.
 
To attract high-quality tenants, we rebranded this asset with signage that better captivates potential renters.
