Phase 1 of this Unbelievable Moved Sale in July cleared out some rack space, but not near enough. So Phase 2 is here. We’re still storing leather bags at our factory in Mexico and paying for storage units in Texas. My sister, Patricia Chamberlain, is even moving Leathermilk to the space next door because there’s not enough space in this transitional HQ. All of this discomfort will be worth it when we see our unbelievably “Coolest Headquarters in the Whole World” a couple of years from now. Moving from 27,000 sq. ft. to this little place is super healthy for us but painful.

Mountainback Needs Space
Let the drumroll begin. MOUNTAINBACK IS COMING!!! And I don’t use ALL CAPS very often. It’s been a real hard and detailed redesign, but once you see it, believe me, you’ll understand why it took so long. We’re going to need a lot more rack space for this one. HINT: It’s an expandable leather bag wrapped in canvas with one very cool hidden secret place and one just kind of cool.

With Shipping - Our leather finishers and packagers are unbelievable, but they’re not superhuman. So it’s all hands on deck to get leather out the door, but it will take awhile. It might just be a couple of days if you order today or way longer if you wait. If you need it right away, choose expedited shipping. Those orders jump to the head of the line.
With Customer Service - Though they are superhuman, they’re going to get flooded with emails for sure. But honestly, whatever you have a question about will probably be sold out by the time you get your response. And when they get hundreds of emails asking about when their order will ship, they won’t know the answer. And, they won’t be able to answer other serious pressing questions on time. We love to mix it up with you. Please be patient.
