How many women (or men!) do you know who have had or are going through a Breast Cancer journey?  Really, count it.  I had to stop counting, for me, the number is way too high and every week, I meet or hear about more.
The numbers are so hard to believe and we won’t stop walking or talking about it until things change!
We are so thrilled to do our part to try to lower that number and help others and are excited to announce our first strategic partnership ever with The American Cancer Society and Making Strides 2022 in Central Park.  My Cancer Family wants you to join our family.  CLICK HERE to hear why and how just $10.00 can help!
Just as important as money, is community.  A cancer family.  Cancer is so dark, but we want to bring light.  So walk with us, make strides with us.  Join our Making Strides Family and spend the day together on
You’re Not Alone!
Once you’ve been diagnosed with cancer or on a cancer journey, does every test, doctor appointment or pending result cause anxiety?  Does every prick, when you have no veins left bring tears, or the shakes.  Does every test cause you to think the worst? You’re not alone.  For me, it’s every. single. time.

It happened to me this week.  IYKYK.  If you don’t, and you’re 45 or older, or at high risk, make sure you know!  This is prep for a colonoscopy.  This is also a reminder to check with your doctors to find out what tests you should be scheduling.  It may be different for you than for your friends.  And even if it causes you pain, or anxiety, it’s better than NOT having the tests….ya know this already, but early detection is EVERYTHING!
Ya know what helps?  Talking about it to others.  Sharing it with your doctors.  Talking to a therapist.  You don’t not have to suffer alone.  Saying it outloud WILL help.
