I have been going to the gym on-and-off since secondary school, the only reason my gym goals have finally started to take off (18 years later!) is because I hired a PT who provided me with the same 3 things. I didnāt hire a gym āmentorā or a gym ācoachā, I hired a Personal Trainer someone who has been through what I want to achieve, knows exactly how to get there in as few steps as possible and, most importantly, someone who holds me accountable to putting in the work.

Building muscle is simple;Ā
- Lift heavy things
- Eat more protein rich calories than you burn
- Remain consistent
We all know what we need to do, we just donāt know how.

It took me 18 years to figure that out! Ā If only I got there sooner, Iād be in unbelievable shape! Rayās success has pushed me to continue pursuing my goal of elevating magic, and showing people how to strive for their goals in magic, even if that means one person at a time.Ā

In helping Ray achieve his goal I discovered I too had a limiting belief system that was holding me back from achieving my potential. Iām still working on it, and my hope with this newsletter is to inspire, educate, and hold you accountable to yourself, to take your magic to the next level and join in helping to raise to tide of the magic industry giving Magic the recognition it deserves (GivingMagic, get it now?).Ā

My intention is to write a newsletter which contributes to a healthy diet of magic content that can be consumed as a tasty snack, in 6mins or less. Each issue will have a āworkout plan', an action you can take to help encourage personal growth and hold yourself accountable.
