Michael and Jessica closed on their cash out refinance last week! Yay!
They both laid out an ambitious plan last year to eventually purchase four properties outside of their primary residence. With the intent to rent, Airbnb, and payoff as soon as possible.
They thought it was too fast or impossible, but with help from Megan they got the resources they needed in order to move forward with their next project!
Fast forward 1.5 years later, they have two of those properties fully paid off , one not far behind and one they closed on earlier this year that's going to be an awesome luxury Airbnb, STR in Midtown.
