This popular blend is a combo of Cypress, Spruce, and three types of Eucalyptus –

a.k.a “breathing heaven.” Throw this in your diffuser, apply to your chest, or add a couple

drops to a wash cloth on your shower floor to create a steam room.

A top seller, this was one of my first favorite oils. It's a blend of powerhouse oils

perfect for supporting your immune system throughout the year. Apply a drop to the

bottoms of your feet or diffuse. You can even add a drop to your coffee to add a

cinnamon flare.

Another good one for clear breathing! This is a powerhouse combo of four kinds of Eucalyptus, Copaiba, Myrtle, and Peppermint. Make your own chest rub by adding 20 drops to 1⁄4 cup of

coconut oil.

Pre-diluted for kiddos, this blend is perfect to apply to your littles before heading out

for school or when they need some deep breaths. They’ll learn to ask you for it when they need it!

Ok, let me just say that this is a must-have in our home. Anytime we are feeling a

little iffy, we take one capsule of Inner Defense every 4-6 hours. It is full of powerful
