Which is exactly what we did at today's meetup. We shared lessons learned, some bad experiences, and tactics for survival!

Everyone shared their favorite tv or movie villain 💀 before getting into opening up about our own client horror stories.
 
We jumped right in with a story about a client who was dodging their invoice 💲. The toughest story of the day was about a client who love-bombed before sign-on and then took a turn.
 
We learned starting an email that was “accounts@website.com” could be tactic to send tough invoice reminders. ❗
 
We learned about “hazard fees” and how to upcharge people who seemed difficult and a subtle/professional way. 😎
 
We talked about restart fees and dormancy clauses to prevent ghosting.👻
