HELLO Lovely humans 🌹

 

It really has been a long time since we did this and I want to tell you I am ELATED. Actually, I am elated and a little nervous. Do I even remember how to make sentences that connect me to you??

 

 Mostly though, I feel so excited and really lucky to be creating and connecting with you and I really am beaming 🌸 I will keep this personal moment swift for you, but I really need to thank you with all my heart. Most of you gathered what a tough time I was experiencing last year and each one of you in your own way carried me through.

 

Carrying - leads me to one of my thoughts here…

Light is a photon riding along a wavelength. Visible light is the concert effect between the photon and the invisible force binding the photon to the wavelength. 

     

⚡Essentially, our eyes are not constructed to see light, but to see because of light.⚡

as a symphony of effort, an atomic community along with the construction of our eyes - we can discuss that in a future note. I am telling you this because it helps to shape our understanding of our own active and precious roles in one another life.

Please hold onto you your HeartLight, I have a few things to note.

 

 

I LOVE Autumn, I love the feeling of the suns gentle recline against the crisp night beyond. Mostly I Love the subtle ways we are able to feel, experience the movement of light, energy, warmth through atmosphere, through crystal and through human body.

 

My life study / work / art focus is observing and measuring light / energy path through object / space. It often presents as an amalgamation of interests but mind you it is quite singular. Light is rather immense and manifests in an infinite of ways. 

 

 

 

So many of you responded super positively to this post and it got me really excited! 

Could you really be curious about the fantastic way light moves through our universe, gems and bodies??

 

So I decided to share all my studies of Light Phenomena with you ⭐ 

 

Together we will discover all the really cool light phenomena and the super cool and nifty ways Quartz interact with light and energy.

 

All of which you can be mused by or pull into your own practices in the metaphysical realm. You are each familiar enough with me to know I will never suggest or attempt to influence your belief BUT I do wish to offer you the atomic data for you to do your own will with.

 

I don't know about you but I need to know HOW something could work, WHY do I feel good near this Quartz.I am not asserting what I am about to share is THE reason, but that it is a possibility I explore.

I BET YOU KNEW Quartz is used in clocks, radios and walkie talkies to transmit frequency. 

 

 

A few minerals embody a remarkable quality in that they are able to convert *mechanical energy into electricity and the reverse is true. 

This means if the material, Quartz, experiences a force of *squeezing or bending they generate a current while conversely if they are brought into an electrical field they react by bending or squeezing… aka, they vibrate or resonate.

 

Think about that, Hold onto that.

 

 

So freaking wonderful, UGH 🤩

 

Okay, so now that we have a grasp on that…

 

  

And how does “tuning” work?

 

Quartz crystal is what is called “Doubly Refractive”. Doubly Refractive - aka Birefringence, refers to an optical quality that when light enters it is split into two rays traveling in different directions. 

The quality of light we touched on in the beginning - that it is a photon riding a wavelength - means that the wavelength itself, a frequency, is split in two. The Quartz own frequency moving one direction + the charge given to it, the other. 

 

Remember the previous section - where we noted that when a Quartz enters “an electrical field they react by bending or squeezing… aka, they vibrate or resonate.”

 

Tuning for a radio is a far more technical process which includes re-shaping the dimensional aspect-ratio of a crystal slice until the pressure added for the mechanical tension creates the a frequency - like guitar strings. 

 

For me, when I have a foundation for how something functions it imbues my relationship to it with ultra meaning.

 

Now I understand a little more about why I am sure, I can feel, when a crystal is mine and our relationship is enhances.

 

Have you experienced that feeling when you are feeling compelled, drawn to a jewel as if by a force? That you just feel the warmth, light, energy coming off it? 

It may quite literally be the energetic resonance of You, beaming back at you 🌼✨

 

  

Each HeartLighter is sculpted by my hands, in my window, watching the sunlight fill the sky and spill through the leaves of my trees. I like to use several waxes, their scent blending as they melt creates a warmth within me, then casted in warm 14kt solid yellow gold.

 

I have always felt our Heart as our Golden Sun, our own center of gravity. 

And, when in darkness the source of that light will not be confused.

 

Sky, Sun, Light are constants in my expression as an attention toward optimism. Filling our heart with sky, creates the state of openness for me. 

 

In the Sun center of your HeartLighter a Diamond, I used fine quality G / SI and up for high scintillation ~ referring to flash or sparkle of light caused by diamond.
